A small London atelier with a global mandate.
Lezly is sixty-four people — counsel, engineers, analysts and watch-floor operators — who spend their days defending the things other people make from being copied, mis-streamed or counterfeited online.

We started above a bookshop in Bloomsbury in 2018 because we believed the rights-protection industry had drifted into checklists and dashboards. Our practice is the opposite: senior people, doing real forensic work, on every file. A weekly written brief in plain English. No noisy client portals; just answers, a phone number that someone picks up, and a paper trail a court will accept.
How we choose to work.
Four lines we keep above the studio door.
Discretion before showmanship
We do our work in the background. The best evidence we are doing it well is that no one notices the streams that never started.
Forensic before fast
Speed without provenance is theatre. Every detection is timestamped, hashed and stored so a court could read it five years from now.
Counsel-led, engineer-built
Lawyers shape the strategy; engineers shape the system. Neither discipline outranks the other in the studio.
Plain language, always
Reports your CFO can read in a coffee. No jargon, no theatrics, no fees hidden behind acronyms.
A short timeline.
