Brand
protection.
For luxury maisons, watchmakers and consumer brands. We watch the marketplaces, registries, ad networks and social platforms where your name is most likely to be borrowed without permission — and quietly take the borrowing back.

How the work unfolds in practice.
A cadence designed for clarity, not theatre.
- 01
Map the brand surface
We catalogue your registered marks, controlled domains, official social accounts, authorised resellers and the markets in which they trade — so that what is genuine is documented before what is not is hunted.
- 02
Watch the suspect surfaces
Atlas monitors marketplaces (Amazon, Alibaba, Mercado Livre, Shopee), domain registries (newly registered look-alikes, expired-and-flipped names), social platforms and ad networks for any use of your protected marks.
- 03
Verify before action
A human analyst on the Brand Protection desk reviews each candidate against your authorised reseller list before any takedown is filed. We have never, to date, knocked down a legitimate seller in error.
- 04
Remove at speed
Marketplace removals through their rights-owner programmes; domain actions through UDRP and registry abuse channels; social accounts through dedicated trust contacts; ad-fraud cases through the IAB compliance frameworks.
- 05
Close the source
Where a counterfeit pattern persists, our investigations team identifies the operator, traces the supply chain, and prepares a dossier suitable for civil action or referral to your in-country counsel.
Every engagement, in the box.

A look-alike domain serving a fake checkout
On a Tuesday afternoon, a near-identical version of your domain — with one letter changed — is registered through a Cyprus-based reseller and configured with a convincing replica of your checkout page. Within three hours, paid-search ads begin driving traffic to it from the UK and Germany.
Our Brand Protection desk catches the registration in our daily look-alike sweep. By 16:40 GMT the same day, the registrar has been served, the ad campaigns have been pulled by Google and Microsoft Advertising under the IAB anti-fraud framework, and the fake site is offline. Our investigation team begins tracing the operator the same evening.
Your name has value. Let's keep it that way.
Send us your portfolio of registered marks and a list of authorised resellers. Within ten business days we'll return a free Brand Exposure Report — a candid map of every place your marks are currently being misused.
