Copyright
enforcement.
Counsel-led notice and takedown across 184 jurisdictions, with court-ready evidence packs every time. We act on copyright in the way the statutes were written — carefully, decisively, and with respect for due process on every side.

How the work unfolds in practice.
A cadence designed for clarity, not theatre.
- 01
Identify and verify
Atlas, our detection stack, surfaces a candidate. A human analyst confirms the match against your fingerprint manifest. Nothing leaves the studio until a person has read the page.
- 02
Draft the notice by hand
Our copyright counsel draft each notice — DMCA, EUCD, KCS, IT-LSI 70/2003 or local equivalent — to the requirements of the receiving jurisdiction. No mail-merge templates. No bulk filings without review.
- 03
File, then track
We file directly with the platform, host, registrar or CDN. Every notice is logged with a unique tracking number you can audit in your client dossier. Status is checked every few hours until resolved.
- 04
Escalate when ignored
When a host or registrar fails to act, we escalate to upstream intermediaries — payment processors, advertising networks, hosting parents and, where appropriate, in-country counsel for an order to comply.
- 05
Remember and protect
Every detection and every notice is preserved with hashed evidence, packet captures and chain-of-custody records — so that if litigation becomes necessary in five years' time, your counsel is already armed.
Every engagement, in the box.

A weekend leak of an unreleased episode
On a Friday evening, a four-minute clip from a not-yet-released episode of a flagship drama appears on a German file-locker. Within 90 minutes it has propagated to twelve mirrors across Russia, Vietnam and Poland, and is being shared on three Telegram channels with a combined audience of 220,000.
By 06:30 Saturday morning, our weekend duty counsel has dispatched 47 notices, secured the cooperation of three CDN parents, and the original German upload — and ten of its twelve mirrors — are gone. The two remaining mirrors are subject to a Sunday escalation to their hosting registrars. By Monday morning your VP of Content Protection has a single PDF on her desk with every detection, every notice and every removal.
If a copy of your work is out there, we will find it.
